I've spent a lot of time playing PC games over the past twenty-five years, and I have some favorites. There are a few that kept me busy for weeks or even months. One is "Lords Of The Realm II" from 1996—a strategy title that mixed turn-based management with real-time combat. I'd spend hours just on the management part, not realizing how late the day had become and how dawn was approaching! Recently I bought it again on GOG and still find it enjoyable, even though it's quite old and lacks modern updates. The other game I spent a lot of time on is "Might And Magic VI: The Mandate Of Heaven" from 1998—a party-based RPG with simple pixel graphics and basic keyboard controls, but packed with endless quests and a vast open world to explore. It took me several months to complete. I became so hooked that I installed it on multiple devices—my home, workplace, my mother's house, and even my holiday home. I'd always carry a floppy disk with the latest save file in my pocket so I could keep playing anywhere! While I loved many games, these two truly made me lose track of time. What about you? Which game is your favorite?

Might and Magic can be found on GOG, runs via DOS Box and is entirely free from DRM. It's also reasonably affordable within the series.

The list is limited to a few games: WoW, Divinity Original Sin 2, Civ VI, and Valheim.

I remember being deeply engaged with Skyrim, especially after getting a PS3. I played it for a short time, then turned it off for a month before picking it up again to explore the whole area. Looking back, I realize my expectations of the game didn’t match reality, but those memories remain unforgettable. Another title I played extensively was Pokémon Platinum and HeartGold—two games that captivated me with their features like WiFi Plaza and online trading, keeping me hooked for a long time.

I own everything, from the mediocre IX to the surprising newest "X: Legacy." Whatever the case, VI and VII stand out as the series' best.

I noticed several recent titles from the last five years that turned my tracking skills into a joke. These include Dark Souls 3, Nioh 2, Age of Wonders, Planetfall, Mortal Kombat 11, Prey, Subnautica, Shadow Tactics, Blades of the Shogun, and Darkest Dungeon.
