My issue is that I attempted an ultra-fast boot via BIOS, then tried to disable it again. However, opening BIOS wasn't possible since the logo didn’t appear. I had to access BIOS through the Windows menu (restart while holding Shift). But even after switching to UEFI mode using the same command, the PC failed to boot and displayed a warning about selecting the correct device or inserting a boot media. The keyboard stopped working, so I couldn't test it further. I’m unsure what to do next. Please help me. Thank you.

Performed a clean CMOS reset. Removed the motherboard battery. Or severed the PC power cable and kept the power button pressed for 10 seconds. If you changed your drive from MBR to GPT for UEFI setup, you must now disable the CSM in BIOS.

One of my friends encountered a problem and they reinstalled Windows—this was the recommendation from the IT professional, and once done, the issue was resolved.

You can switch to recovery mode and access UEFI settings via that interface. Keep Shift pressed while using the Restart option in the Windows menu. To reset, either short the right jumper on your motherboard or remove the battery.

On GIGABYTE boards it's possible to use both legacy and UEFI modes together, which they refer to as Hybrid UEFI. This allows you to start in the older boot format while still supporting UEFI settings without needing to adjust any options. The process works because you're launched into the legacy entry first.

The issue is I lack access to BIOS or Windows settings, and after turning on the power button it shows a black screen with reboot prompts. Pressing keys or the mouse doesn’t work properly. The CMOS chip didn’t resolve it. Please help me. Thanks, My_Video_1673637304849.mp4

Some gaming keyboards behave oddly until they're powered on by an operating system. A basic membrane keyboard might suffice. That seems unusual—are you certain your setup was done right?

I attempted to remove the CMOS battery and shut down the PSU several times before reaching this point. It’s confirmed for me. I also tried a basic membrane keyboard, but the issue persisted. I’m unsure how to proceed now. Thanks.

I realize I may have misstated the changes. I switched from MBR to GPT and hope that clarifies things.

Legacy fails to start from GPT boot entries. I believe I have a fix for this issue. Disconnect all storage drives, power on the PC, it should launch directly into the BIOS. After adjusting your settings, save them, power off the machine, and then reconnect the drives.
