the budget is manageable here: a screen recorder, anti-malware/virus protection, pc tuner, game optimizer, and useful software for security, graphic design, and video editing. this setup is for my friend who aims to become a professional video editor—he already has some clients.

1. Screen Recorder: Use Dxtory or OBS; add commentary with Audacity if needed.
2. Anti Virus/Malware: Install AVG plus Malwarebytes.
3. PC Tuner: Run CCleaner.
4. Game Optimizer: Limited assistance since I rely on personal views.
5. Protection & Video Editing Software: Adobe products, Sony Vegas Pro, Cinema 4D (varies by project).
Screen recorder tools include Camtasia Studio for desktop and Dxtory for games. For security, use Malwarebytes and MS Easy Defender. Cleaning software includes Cleaner 4.Game. Optimization features come from Pointless. Recommended for protection, graphics design, and video editing is Adobe Master Collection.
Adobe software functions well with nVidia Shadowplay. Kaspersky CCleaner performs adequately.
