Yes, using my old Ryzen 3 2200G works flawlessly and displays f51g in the BIOS version.

I updated to the F31 prior to upgrading to the F51G. The changes were applied via a USB stick, and I used the flash option in BIOS.

It's not advisable to attempt bios updates from other board models such as the a320m HD-2 or a320m S2H. It's generally not recommended.
