Hello everyone. I just moved to a Ryzen 5 5500, replacing the Ryzen 3 2200G. The issue is that after switching, the PC won't boot. The fan runs for a moment then stops, and nothing appears on the screen. I updated my motherboard BIOS to the latest version (Gigabyte A320MAC M.2 rev 1.0, BIOS f51g). I cleaned the CMOS and tried different BIOS updates, but it still doesn't work. Appreciate your help!

Consider trying to reinsert the CPU... remove it and then place it back in...

I've attempted it several times. Also checked for any damaged or bent pins, but everything appears okay.

Did you verify that the BIOS update was applied correctly? That way, the f51g should appear in the BIOS.

The CPU arrived in a sealed box and is brand new. I updated to F31 before moving to F51g, following Gigabyte's bios recommendations. Switching to my old Ryzen 3 2200G works perfectly, displaying F51g in the BIOS version. Thanks for your responses.
