I upgraded the CPU, motherboard, and RAM, but my computer keeps looping during startup.
I recently switched from an AMD FX 6300 to a Ryzen 7 3800x, which required upgrading the motherboard and RAM too. My new board is an ASRock x470 Taichi and I installed 32GB of Gskill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 RAM (along with a GTX 1050 Ti). After assembling everything and starting the system, all fans spun up, lights turned on, but after roughly 30 seconds it shut down again and restarted. The boot loop is happening, and even the Dr. Debug screen isn’t working. I’ve tried various fixes—using different memory sticks, removing the case, clearing CMOS multiple times—but nothing works. Anyone have any suggestions or tips to get this running? I’m in a rush since I’m doing freelance video editing with upcoming deadlines. Thanks in advance!
