Your log file shows your CPU is spending over 50% of the time in the C0 state working on something. It is not normal for your temps to be up to 67°C to 70°C when idle. When you are logging data, you have to exit ThrottleStop when you are done testing so it can finalize the log file. If you do not do that, it only writes data out to the log file at the end of every minute. To copy and paste an image of ThrottleStop when idle, click on ThrottleStop to highlight it, hold the ALT key down and press the Print Screen button along the top row of most keyboards. This will put a screenshot in the clipboard. Go back to the forum and press CTRL + V to paste this image into the forum. This makes it a lot quicker to show me what is going on.
