I bought a used Sapphire Nitro+ 580SE graphics card and put it in my system. It functions, but now none of my USB ports are working. When I reinstalled the old GPU, the ports still didn’t respond. My USB ports are fine in BIOS. In Device Manager, all USB controllers show exclamation marks with error messages about missing drivers. I think the new GPU might need more power than the PCIe slot provides, and the PSU seems sufficient. I’m confused why the ports stopped working after replacing the card.

I think the PSU provides sufficient power for all your parts.
The wattage listed on the label applies to a brand new PSU. Over time, it will experience internal degradation, lowering its actual output.
Have you used DDU to clear all GPU drivers before replacing the graphics card?
The PSU was acquired in October 2018.

Before installing the new GPU, I didn't uninstall all the drivers. I removed the upgraded drivers when taking it out and reinstalled them afterward. I also didn't use DDU.
I fixed Windows and everything else, and the newer GPU seems to be functioning. I plan to connect one USB device at a time—like a joystick or printer—as I reassemble it.
Hello, consider disabling or enabling the USB ports via Device Manager if needed. If this doesn't resolve the issue, remove the USB ports and restart the system. What power supply rating is suitable for your PSU, and what specifications are required by the 580SE?
