I checked the repair options and tried running net user <my current username>. But the system said the username wasn't found. I know that's the account I'm using, so maybe the command is trying to add a new user somewhere else instead of the main directory. I'm not sure how to fix this, but I appreciate your help.

I managed to resolve the issue by booting into safe mode. During login, the Administrator account was visible, which I selected and used. After that, I created a new administrator account with a password and successfully accessed the UAC prompt. Thanks to everyone who assisted me.
