I’m not sure if my I5-4960 is the issue or the graphics card. It’s been damaged by some GPU liquid, and I’m wondering if the problem lies with my HDD or CPU.

Have you experimented with toggling it on and off? Is the issue limited to your games or affecting the entire system?
