Hey everyone! Thanks for your support. The goal was to connect a dock, display, and mouse/keyboard between my M1 Mac and an ASUS Z790 Hero I9-3900 4070Ti. The dock seems to work fine on the Mac side, but I’m having trouble seeing anything through the Thunderbolt ports after using the ASUS motherboard. Anyone have any ideas if this setup is even possible?

Which motherboard is this? It seems to be a 13900, not the 3900. You mentioned it's probably not USB-C capable for video output.

MOBO: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO CPU: i9-13900K GPU: 4070TI apologies, I didn’t provide enough details. This information comes from the MOMO manual. Two Intel® Thunderbolt™ 4 ports (USB Type-C) are available, supporting DisplayPort 1.4 and Thunderbolt™ video outputs. Graphics specs might differ based on CPU or graphics card; check www.intel.com for updates. ** Compatibility with 4K@60Hz is confirmed via HDMI 2.1. *** VGA support relies on processor or graphics card resolution. Based on my understanding, the Dock works well with Mac if you connect the cable directly to the PC—nothing happens otherwise.**

Recent update. I was able to get it running after turning on Intel GPU in BIOS. However, I’m stuck at 100Hz and 3840x1080 resolution (native is 5120x1440 at 120Hz). It’s really tiring for my eyes. Does anyone here know if the RTX4070Ti supports Thunderbolt display output? I searched but didn’t find any results.
