I switched ISPs and now Steam isn't downloading properly
Recently I moved from a local ISP provider to T-Mobile for a significant boost in download speeds and more affordable rates. Now I use Wi-Fi instead of an Ethernet cable, and since then my Steam downloads keep failing, showing 0 Kb/s while still claiming disk usage. I've attempted various fixes—clearing cache, changing servers, switching to Ethernet, fixing installation files, restarting the PC—but nothing resolves the issue. I've even reached out to Steam support, but they only provide standard responses. Do you have any suggestions?
Have you changed your Internet provider to a mobile carrier? That would be a poor decision. Mobile networks aren't built for the kind of data usage you have.
i moved from 15 mbs to 100 with less cost, but i'm not sure it's correct
There's more than just speed involved here. The entire Cell network is simply NOT designed for that kind of traffic.
