It might just be the right setup. The 5060 Ti uses around 180W at its base spec, while custom cards can push higher. The 13400F can reach up to 150W during PL2, which could add up to about 330W—possibly more if it's a factory OC model. If you have plenty of fans and a few hard drives, the remaining system might need around 100W. Ideally, a PSU with at least 450W should work, though it could cause problems. I’d suggest a minimum of 550W for this configuration. If you share the model number, we can check the exact output from the 12V rail and confirm the unit’s reliability.

This PSU delivers the complete 600W on the 12V rail. It meets the B Tier standard from the old PSU Cultist List. The 600W capacity should easily cover your setup unless you have a large number of drives or an additional GPU not mentioned. While failure is always a risk, it wouldn't be my initial thought.
I'm considering switching it to a different PCI port perhaps it could resolve the issue
