Hi, your situation sounds manageable. With a Ryzen 5 7600X and 16GB RAM at 6000MHz, you should handle Valorant without risking overheating or damage. Your current setup is solid, and lending the module for a short time shouldn’t affect performance much. Just keep an eye on temperatures during intense sessions. Let me know if you need more tips!

It won't work. There are sufficient safety measures in place, so you'd need to be actively engaged rather than just playing casually. Performance will be poor on that CPU—expect sub-30 FPS. Valorant could run smoothly, but the 7600X iGPU is extremely problematic, and using single-channel memory hurts further. Be realistic about your expectations; 70-80 frames per second is unrealistic.

think about purchasing even a mediocre GPU to let you enjoy the game. You can check the minimum and recommended specs for each gaming tier. Typically, an R7 370 with 4GB RAM is around €50 in Italy (about $55-$56 USD). It's really affordable and I can run Elden Ring at 720p with 30fps on my MSI R7 370 using the 4GB model. It’s a solid choice for its cost, making it a good deal for what you need. Look on Facebook Marketplace and you might spot a better price. It’s not the best option, but it offers great value for the money. https://playvalorant.com/en-us/specs/

It's interesting how the iGPU in the 7600x performs in Valorant. At 1080p with low settings, it delivers around 150-250 FPS. The single DDR5 chip could slightly impact speed.

CPU performance stays stable when you avoid overclocking. Current processors are built to handle continuous high demand over extended periods. However, achieving around 70 frames per second on the integrated graphics in the 7600X seems unlikely.
