Hello, exactly as you mentioned. I began downloading W11 by mistake, so I stopped the update process by closing the "WidnowsUpdate" service. However, I still have the W11 HUD, and I’m worried it might not work properly. What steps can I take to remove everything that was installed?

Based on the details provided, it seems you're trying to clarify a situation where the Windows 11 update process was interrupted. You're asking about the current state of your PC and wondering if any issues arose from stopping the update mid-way. The mention of the "W11 hud" suggests you're referring to a specific window or message related to that update.

Ensure you're using Windows 10, then launch a command prompt and execute sfc /scannow

If you have damaged files, it will locate and repair them.

Attempt that, though it's probable you'll need to reset and clean everything from the beginning.
