I have had this issue before but no one has talked about it much yet, so here is what I learned:
This ASUS P6X58D-E board goes with an Intel i7-980, two 1070 Ti graphics cards, a hard drive and an SSD, and Windows 10. This is the only computer I have ever seen that does this thing. When you turn it on normally, these words appear: "Loading ASUS Express Gate" then a BIOS screen pops up, says nothing about CD-Rom priority, shows the regular Windows 10 boot screen, and finally opens into Windows. But since I bought this PC it goes like this:
The BIOS screen comes up straight to the Windows 10 boot screen without loading anything else. The PC used to take a long time to load but now only takes a tiny bit of time. It used to actually start working but would randomly crash afterwards leaving a blank black screen and I had to reboot it every single time. I don't know why this happens, never saw it on other machines before.
I originally moved the 1TB Windows 10 drive onto this board and it loaded normally into Windows then crashed me when I shut down but after reinstalling Windows onto the 2TB drive it just takes about five seconds and does nothing afterwards. It won't detect anything on my two other monitors even if I left them sitting there for hours.
What happened to all of these things before? Maybe bad drivers, maybe bad hardware, or maybe bad software or malware. The only thing that came to mind is the graphics cards since sometimes a whole screen would turn grey and show lines for a split second then disappear. It couldn't be software because I used all the same programs on my other computers, it couldn't be malware because there were no detections and my install was clean, and it wasn't drivers because I installed all the basic ones plus the manufacturer ones too. Who knows what's wrong? This isn't that important since this PC works perfectly fine but it bothers me a little bit.
Also, does anyone know why the stock cooler that came with this system sounds like a 2003 Dodge caravan engine when it runs? It is really annoying. I am so sorry for being so long about this, but I need to find out more.

Either your post is hard to read or I have drunk way too many beers watching the NFL draft, it's unclear, but my first worry is something feels off with the move of the PC. I will try to check every connection on the hardware to make sure that isn't causing it all.

It sounds kind of like that. I can tell you for sure that all things are in their right spots, although the clicking sound might just be from the computer fan spinning too fast or slow. The inside parts could be a bit damaged because they have been around so long, but I'm not entirely sure what exactly is wrong yet.

I don't know why your computer keeps crashing or what is making noise in your fan, but there is a setting on your system called "ASUS Express Gate" to turn it off so you never have to see those messages again. At this point, I'm using an old version of Linux that isn't very powerful and not many people use it anymore. It usually goes into a folder on the C: drive, but if you accidentally hit the right key to start from there... well, maybe Windows won't even turn on at all. It's like having a special program in your BIOS to choose which system runs first instead of the others.

Back in the day when PCs were old and parts broke easily, things like those shiny metal caps usually start failing first. The fan is often the next thing that gives up because of its spinning bearings. Fixing it is much simpler than replacing the whole machine.

I will have to check this tonight after I get home. Even though I checked every BIOS setting before and didn't see anything labeled like that, what could it be called? Yes, I know but it is better than my old one. That sounds interesting, yet I didn't think there was a thing like that. So why wasn't it installed? I don't think the caps are bad; they all look fine. But you're right—the fan makes a funny little noise when it turns off. I will look for a replacement later on.

It's in the Tools tab where you can save your BIOS settings as non-volatile flash presets and call them "Express Gate." Surprisingly, those presets are named "ASUS O.C. profile" even though that sounds like a weird thing to say. Under another menu item is a LAN cable tester called "AI NET 2," which I always turned off because the default behavior makes it annoyingly wait ten seconds for you to press a key before starting. If it just showed up a message next to the usual DEL button, everyone would have ignored it.

I got it, but it still wasn't working right now. So I downloaded the Express Gate app to check if that fixes things. I'm going to tell you all about it soon.

It's working great right now. Honestly, I'm done with the game, so I'm going to click exit. Thanks everyone!

So I thought this would work exactly how I planned, but nope, it's not working as expected. I think the Express Gate won't load because of my new keyboard. It says there are 3 options when there aren't any, and I guess that scares it. I'll try to figure out the fix tomorrow. Also, it still does all those reboot nonsense things even though it's turned off. I need more time to get this sorted out.
