It seems like the issue might be related to your ISP, and your internet speed has dropped back to 85%.

I don't recall what occurred when I set up Hamachi. My internet speed dropped afterward. After reinstalling Windows, it returned to 120, but now it's again between 70 and 85. This never happened before. (Only after installing Hamachi). I checked the router settings and found many confusing options.
