I also removed the software (Hamachi), reinstalled my network drivers, and did a clean install of Windows 10, yet my internet download speed remains reduced. My Speedtest scores are unchanged, but when I start downloading, it only reaches 2mbps (previously 8–12mbps).

Check your router's configuration to ensure Hamachi hasn't altered the port settings.

Checking the rates you're paying for. Comparing speeds reported by speedtest.net, dslreports.com, and fast.com. Identifying where downloads originate during slower connections. Determining the software used to access those sites.

Issue resolved, thanks for your patience. I’m billed for a 100mbps plan but receiving 120mbps via fast.com.

The solution is worth mentioning so others with similar issues can benefit.
