After replacing the power supply and re-installing the motherboard, the problem persists—only RGB lights appear on the motherboard. It seems the PSU or motherboard mounting might be incorrect. The issue started with the CPU, likely dislodged in some way, though it seems to have been resolved without any bent components. However, the GPU appears to be malfunctioning—while it can post and display, the output is distorted and unclear.
