I Sense That My Computer Is Not Performing Well
Hey everyone,
About 2-3 years ago I chose to build a new PC, and after going through all the updates and troubleshooting, I think my computer isn't working as it should. I'm not sure if I'm right, but I'm uncertain.

If you've worked with systems before, before Ryzen, Xmp wouldn't have been as crucial and wouldn't offer much motivation to investigate further. But Xmp has existed for a long time, and the way AMD structures their Ryzen CPUs is strongly influenced by ram speed, since the memory controller inside the CPU relies on it for performance.

Besides the underperforming RAM, which is actually working as expected, your SSDs and GPU seem to lag behind similar setups in other users' configurations. There appears to be an issue with something unusual occurring above the standard settings, requiring further details...
Well, cpu performance is lagging too, so we should watch how it behaves. I'm curious if they'll encounter expo with their existing ram, not just standard xmp/docp. Expo is simply a profile the ram needs and the motherboard must recognize.
