My name has a 'pp' that looks like a Twitch emote, but I understand your perspective. I did give OSU a shot, but it didn’t quite fit the vibe. Thanks for pointing it out!

Sure, I understand. It seems like you're expressing a feeling that's a bit off, and it's just a rough number—like 15.

I might give Valorant a shot. Honestly, I’m not really into that kind of game, but thanks for the idea—appreciate it!

I'm 36 and really enjoy video games, though they don't always feel worthwhile in real life. They help me stay connected with friends I've been gaming with for over a decade, which adds value to my life beyond just the fun. Even if you're not into them, trying survival games—whether with or without PvP—can still bring some enjoyment.

I’ve got some fresh thoughts on games lately. I’m considering Metro Exodus, but I feel it might not be worth the effort since I doubt it’ll be enjoyable. It’s been a bit strange lately—I’m just feeling a little off.

The long dark is a tough, yet engaging survival experience. Rainbow Six Siege. War Thunder – this one requires some patience. Let loose or add your thoughts.

Eh we as a species change randomly, or around every 7 years from my experience. Myself, if its a new survival game, Ill jump on for a week or two. But mostly I play short lived PvP games so I can play for 15 minute sessions and walk away whenever I want. What keeps me truly gaming (reality) is that Ive belonged to Sixth Legion (our gaming group) for 10+ years and playing with the same people. Weve talked about it quite a few times - its each other that keeps us showing up each day and we shoot the shit while gaming, and can talk about...anything. So anymore its for social reasons for me if really think about it. Try joining a gaming group - socialize while playing?

Wish there was an open world multiplayer option. Then I'd be able to handle the annoyance. It's a tough game.

I'm going to explore Long Dark now. I considered R6S but then I thought about it—nah, I don't know what's wrong with me. I played War Thunder and it was really fun a couple of years back. Thanks for the tip!

After spending endless time in Interloper mode and losing everything in a field due to missing the time and night cues while skipping the deer-skinning session, I switched to the simplest setting (I didn’t remember its name) and tried it out. It felt even better—maybe more fun than Interloper if you just want to unwind and have some light entertainment.
