Hi, I have a Lenovo Legion 5 running Windows 11. Suddenly during a Valorant session the screen froze, fans spiked up, and the laptop shut down. I thought it was just a random crash but it happened again in-game showing a "Graphics Driver Error" message and then a black screen after the fans got louder. After several attempts I ran Vantage and did a hardware check. The graphics test failed on the "Cuda Standard & Advanced Mathematical Operations" section. I updated the drivers, which improved the results in Vantage, but the laptop still crashes during gameplay. All this happened after it had never been opened for repairs before. I really need help—it's running solid otherwise.

Running at 40 on idle, 60 in game, quiet mode active. Temperature readings are unclear during crashes.

The settings at idle and in-game are ideal. We can set those aside. The real concern is another matter. Have you considered trying DDU? It removes all previous drivers and sets up fresh ones.
