I require urgent assistance
I was sharing this content on YouTube, Facebook, etc. Someone recommended posting it here. Hello, I don’t want to waste anyone’s time, so I’ll move on. I’m facing a couple of issues. The first is with Adobe After Effects, and the second is my IMac. I recorded a short clip to better explain what’s happening. If I share this somewhere, I hope it helps someone in the comments, group (if applicable), or video itself. I’m not trying to intrude or take away from others. I’m genuinely looking for assistance. I start with my Adobe problems, and then my Mac issues begin around 3:03 into the video. Please let me know how I can resolve these problems! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMjOS9oFMzk&t=3s
Well, I managed to make it through that clip, but it’s really tough from a diagnostics angle. Your laptop needs to cache and pre-render parts of the sequence if you want to play it inside the editor. It probably only shows 45-second chunks because it’s running out of memory while trying to do it. Playing the full three-minute After Effects sequence in RAM isn’t normal—most people break it into smaller sections. You might lower the render quality, which could let you watch it longer in After Effects at a reduced level.
Regarding the iMac... it seems the device is roughly ten years old, so I wouldn't be surprised if it still has some CD drive problems now.
@BrandonSwanger, I recommend you detail your concerns here. For a few reasons: it’s simpler to diagnose issues than to review low-quality video. Second, the language used in that video (including swearing) doesn’t really encourage me to assist you. This isn’t something we, as a family-friendly platform, want to hear.
