Sorry if this is unclear, I created this on Reddit and was hoping to get more assistance elsewhere.
I understand I need to replace something, but my previous post didn’t give a clear solution.
I’ve tried removing each component one by one and the system won’t power on unless I reset the CMOS, even then it behaves like a cold start as seen here.
I just want to know what parts I’ll have to fix and whether I can still keep the warranty.

The simplest method is to bring your PC to a repair shop and pay for diagnostics.
User-made mistakes aren't covered under warranty.
Therefore, if you damaged your hardware by experimenting in the BIOS without any knowledge (as shown in your Reddit post), none of the manufacturers will be liable for your actions. You are responsible.

If that glowing signal between the CPU and the heat sinks acts as a diagnostic indicator for the motherboard, it might offer some insight into the problem. Look up the manual online and see what the light represents.

It's for the VGA, but it doesn't work since it won't let me power it on anymore.

VGA refers to the GPU, but it doesn't necessarily mean the display output ports on your Mobo are correct, even though you have an F-suffix CPU. This suggests the issue might lie with either RAM or the Mobo itself. It indicates that the Mobo can't communicate with the RAM, which could be a problem with both. Typically, the Mobo fails first, and it's often the hardest part to replace. As a last resort, try booting your PC with just one stick of RAM. You have two DIMMs installed, remove one and see if it works. Alternatively, test all four slots or switch to the second stick and check again.
