I’m struggling to broadcast video effectively, and I'm having difficulty achieving the desired visual quality.

Here are my system details:
Processor: Ryzen 7 2700k
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 2060
Memory: 16GB
Internet Connection: 1000 Mbps
OBS Settings: 2000 bitrate
Frame Rate: 30fps
Encoding Method: CPU-based

I’ve attempted numerous solutions but haven't been successful. I suspect there may be an underlying issue.

A bitrate of 2000 is considered quite minimal, even for 1080p at 30 frames per second. What central processing unit choice are you utilizing? A particularly speedy one, perhaps?
