I fixed the external monitor by letting my computer download new graphics drivers from a website. While I was checking in Device Manager, an error popped up: "Device not started amdwddmg." This happened right when my laptop screen went black for the first time. Any help or ideas would be really appreciated! Thanks so much!

Oops, you see? After looking at my computer parts, I learned that I have a Ryzen 7 5800H chip.

So do you have a video now? If you check on Device Manager, which item shows up right after it? It says "Device not started" and the name is amdwddmg.

I am having trouble with my video on the big screen. It looks like the picture screen might be faulty. Since I haven't used it much yet and my insurance or warranty covers me, I'm going to take this to a shop to see what's wrong. It'll probably get fixed soon.
