I live in my hometown and have an apartment in the city where I study. I can access everything and enjoy all my games while I’m in the city for study. When I return home, my laptop struggles to connect to certain games. I work well when I’m in the city for studying. I have no problems with any websites at all.

There appears to be a shift in how the router handles connections. Games often require different ports than regular web traffic—HTTP uses port 80, HTTPS uses 443, and so on. Check if any settings are restricting these ports.
