Hi, I'm having issues with my AMD 8300. It's an 8-core processor, but when using Windows 10 I only see 4 cores. I used to have an AMD X4 860K and sold my old motherboard and CPU, now I have the 8300 with a 970GB RAM and a Gigabyte DS3P motherboard. When I check in the system if any cores are idle, it still shows I only have 4 cores. I tried rebooting the computer to see if that helps, but after that, the Windows installation got stuck at 24% for two days. I removed my old hard drive and installed a new one, but it keeps saying Windows can't download. My phone has Skype, could you help me with this? I really need some assistance.

In that scenario, you must have access to a computer to download the necessary files for creating a bootable USB drive and performing a clean Windows installation.

Press Hit and click Run, enter "msconfig", open Boot settings, ensure both maximum memory and number of processors are unchecked, save changes, then restart the system.
