Alright, understood. Just make sure you're in control of your actions. I was worried you might be overwhelmed by the situation. That’s okay!

I thought it through. Don’t pin it as suggested—check settings → personalization → start. There’s an option at the bottom to pick which maps you can pin on the left side of the start menu. I kept missing it no matter how many times I scrolled, because I had to click down once to find it.

I just assumed he was watching a low-quality video because YouTube has a lot of bad content. I was worried he might be getting influenced by something harmful, but it wasn’t that way. After giving him some time, I watched the video he shared, and it was mostly okay except for two topics we discussed earlier. I overreacted a bit, thinking "STAWP!!!" but it’s actually fine.

I realized the initial suggestion wasn't valid, so I started searching for the correct registry entry to adjust. That's good news! Microsoft often reorganizes settings over time to enhance structure, especially as Control Panel phases out in favor of a unified panel. So far, it hasn't changed much for the upcoming Fall Creator Update, which will add features like linking Android or iOS devices and installing apps for seamless link sharing between phones and desktops. The goal is to bring closer functionality similar to Windows 10 Mobile, including SMS integration and notification sync—though some details are still in development.
