I regularly purchase used electronics from ebay without issues, and I believe I’m safeguarded as a buyer if things go wrong.
I recently bought a used gaming PC for $871.25. Here are a few key details:
This unit is pre-built, a Digital Storm Lynx Custom.
GPU: Geforce RTX 2070 8GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
RAM: 16GB
Storage: 2TB
I’ve identified four major specs often looked for in a PC (these aren’t exhaustive), and it’s a fully working system.
Building another with similar specs would likely exceed my original cost.

It's a great computer and a solid offer.
Most prebuilt units tend to cut corners on RAM, power supply, and storage.
Your CPU and GPU are decent, but the RAM might be slow and the PSU likely generic.
It makes sense to avoid a K processor if you can't get the best performance out of it.
Upgrading is still possible if you're interested.
I think you can easily find better RAM for under $75—please share the full specs link, thanks?

The precise details for the RAM and power supply are not specified but are part of the PC. I'll share another update after reviewing it.

Digital Storm stands out among the top pre-built suppliers, and because you purchased an older system, it will likely cost less than constructing a new one from scratch.

You've found a really solid offer, don't you?
The Z-series mainboard, 9700K, RTX2070...
The only missing piece seems to be a budget WD Blue drive...
You could spend $200 for a 1 TB 970 EVO Plus. If you play a lot of games, even a 2 TB MX500 is bigger but still fast enough! (Most people can handle Windows loading taking a second longer and games loading three seconds slower.)
