Hello everyone. I finished setting up my Threadripper 3960X yesterday (Nov 28) with an ASUS PRIME TRX40-PRO board, but AMD Ryzen Master isn’t installing properly. The error message matches what the original poster described. I’ve updated Windows, refreshed the BIOS, installed the newest chipset drivers, and reinstalled the software multiple times. I’m now doing a clean Windows 10 install and even tried reinstalling from scratch once without success. No forum tips seem to help, and I don’t have any logs from the hard drive or Event Viewer. Regarding temperatures, my CPU is running at around 49°C (130°F) with the Corsair Hydro H115i Pro pump spinning at about 2800 RPM and fans at ~1600 RPM. Anyone else using this CPU has different idle temps?

Your current temperatures with the R7 3700X are within expected ranges. The specific message you're receiving might be related to a particular issue or setting.

Thanks for your response, perhaps my readings are within range. Apologies for the oversight—it's the usual case: Regards

For those facing the same issue, I consulted AMD and they suggested clearing the CMOS, which resolved the problem afterward!

Hello all, I may have some good news for you. I have discovered why my RYZEN MASTER has been failing, and it is a conflict with NZXT CAM. Just exit CAM from the System Tray, then launch RYZEN MASTER with no trouble. FYI, I have discovered a similar conflict between HWiFO and ThermalTake TT RGB Plus. Exiting RGB Plus allows HWiFO to run as well. If these don't solve your issue, try exiting other items in you System Tray.
