I spoke with Costomer care about my situation. They mentioned I have a Version 5.30 RAM, while they sent me a 4.31 version. I bought it from a large local electronics retailer. I’m hoping they can provide the model I currently have from their inventory. I expect the replacement to arrive by the 15th, and I’m confident it will be correct this time.
Typically it involved sending three short beeps, each lasting one second, repeated twice. Then a single beep followed by starting up, after which the clock speeds were reduced. After adjusting the settings, you asked me to try again. I really can't recall the beeps, I was too absorbed in talking with Customer Care.
The slots were correct, but the version was off. The original 16 kits were the 5.30 model, while this new one is the 4.32 version. I talked to customer support about the version difference and hope they will provide the right version this time.
It seems the memory chips aren't communicating well with each other. If you're interested, you can likely find good deals on them at eBay or Craigslist. The v4.31 model is a popular Samsung B die for DDR4, and it usually sells for a reasonable price if you're willing to spend a bit. You might be able to get another 16GB unit by purchasing one at a lower cost.
Could also reduce expenses by purchasing a 2x16GB RAM module instead.
This DDR4 memory kit you're considering is actually quite disappointing. If you can swap everything out for a 2x16GB package, that would be ideal. Of course, if you're not planning to overclock the RAM, it doesn't really matter much. But if you're aiming for that second stick, it's one of the top options available. Still, being in the lower price range suggests it may not handle high overclocks well, though it could reach speeds like 3200MHz CL14 or even higher with the right CPU. This is your best approach going forward.
