Check which option displays UEFI first. Restart the machine and press F12 during boot to access the real boot menu, not the BIOS override. Confirm you're selecting the UEFI version. It seems you might need to regenerate the installation USB.

Suggest I rebuild the installer. Ensure it’s configured for UEFI Windows instead of legacy support.
