You're encountering an issue where pressing the boot override button on your USB drive causes the screen to stretch. This usually happens due to a faulty BIOS setting or a hardware problem. Try resetting your BIOS settings by holding the power button for about 10 seconds, then restarting your PC. If the problem persists, check the USB connection and consider testing with another drive.

Here’s the complete build specification. USB boot is activated and secure boot is turned off in BIOS. Did you test the installer USB prior to this release? Is this your first setup of this version?

Mobo -B550 ELITE from AORUS CPU paired with Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 3060 TI. Cooling solution is AORUS Cooler NZXT X73. RAM comes from Corsair Vengence Pro 16GB. Storage includes Samsung 980 M.2 500GB/4TB HDD (note it's an older drive). Power supply is 850W Corsair PSU. The AORUS BIOS isn't very user-friendly; I've watched many detailed videos but haven't found the settings. It's been used before, though I haven't personally installed it.
