You just completed setting up your first gaming PC, but when you power it on, everything seems to be active—lights are on and the fan is running—but nothing appears on your screen or connects to any devices. The motherboard displays a strong red and yellow indicator light (MSI B650M A WIFI), yet all cables, RAM, GPU, and thermal paste appear intact. You’re still having trouble getting it to function. Could you share more details about the symptoms you’re seeing?

The debug indicator light on the motherboard signals a software or hardware issue that needs attention. Check the manual for specific meanings.

2 minutes of google says "wait for the ram training which can be like 3 minutes" and then check. I know on other boards (eg ASUS), which have like a 7-seg display, usually there's like 50 different numbers that will be shown during boot, but one thing that does happen on the ASUS intel board is that it will just "appear to be dead" with the fans spinning, and sit there on one number, and the problem is that the iGPU isn't plugged in, so it's actually sitting on the BIOS error screen/BIOS entry screen but without the iGPU plugged in, you don't see the error. So any time I think there might be a problem I plug the iGPU in and power cycle it and see what shows up. My suggestion for you is to assume it's something like this. As long as the cooling is correctly functioning, wait a few minutes to see if it's the RAM training, and if it's not working, try again with only one module.
