You've got a brand-new PC with no operating system yet, and it's behaving oddly. When you boot from the Windows 10 USB, it loops endlessly toward the BIOS without progressing. You're not changing any BIOS settings and are cautious about making changes. The issue seems to be with the boot process itself, possibly due to hardware or firmware quirks. Try checking the BIOS settings manually after installation, ensuring everything is correct. If the loop persists, consider using a different USB drive or consulting the manufacturer's support for guidance.

Ensure the BIOS Flashback USB connection isn't used.

I connected the USB to the USB port on the front of the case next to the power switch.

Consider using a USB port on the back of the board (not the flashback one, okay)

It continues performing the identical action, repeatedly restarting without resolution.

I'm not sure, my mom handled the setup of the installation media drive and I was just in the room watching the progress percentage on the screen.
