The noise comes from a coil wine and a powerful fan. This power supply is terrible for any setup—swap it out!

It's risky to say it's dangerous. The power supply isn't consistent, so you can't be sure what will happen. The expenses are far greater than replacing a fresh PSU if it fails and harms the system.
