Hey everyone, I installed the new PSU because the previous one wasn’t strong enough for my graphics card. But when I try to turn on the PC now, I only see a no signal message. I’ve got the following specs: AMD Ryzen 7, Gigabyte A320M-S2H v2, GeForce GTX 3060, Corsair RM 850e, and two 16GB GSKill AegisDDR4 RAM sticks. Before that, I used a Corsair 550x, which at least would boot but often lost screen signal intermittently (though it worked for a while). After many attempts without success, I thought the power might be insufficient. That’s why I upgraded to the 850. Now, when I power on the PC, there’s still no signal on the screen. The fans spin, and I don’t hear any Windows startup sound. I removed the GPU and tried using an M.2 GPU, but it didn’t help. I also tried removing or swapping RAM slots, but nothing changed. I even checked the CMOS battery, left it out for 10 minutes, pressed power, released residual energy, and used a new one—still no difference. So I kept everything plugged in as before, using the cables from the old PSU. The PC still works fine despite my previous issues. Reinserting the old PSU again doesn’t fix the problem. I’m really stuck and don’t know what to do next. Maybe someone can help me? Also, I think the OS should be okay since I just did a clean Windows install before.

Small edit: I got a beeper on my M.2 slot that stopped beeping after installing the new PSU, and it also stopped when I started with the old one.

I attempted to verify all connections to your components.
AMD Ryzen 7
I removed the GPU and tried using mb GPU, but it didn’t work.
If you don’t have an APU, you won’t get display output from the motherboard’s ports because a Ryzen Processor lacks an iGPU.
So I left everything plugged in as it was, using the cables I had connected to the PSU and connecting them with the old one.
I also had a Corsair 550x
Corsair RM 850e
Could you share a link to the 550x you own?
If I were you, I’d use the cables designed for their specific PSUs rather than reusing them, since pinouts can vary even among the same brand.

Thanks for your prompt response! I unplugged and re-plugged everything on my setup. Concerning the cables, I might have misphrased earlier. I used the ones provided with the new PSU on the new PSU, but they didn’t work. Then I left the cables from the new PSU plugged into M.2 and GPU, but connected the old PSU to them and the PC started up fine. This made me suspect it was due to a misalignment of the cable, especially after trying this several times. Here’s the link to my old PSU:
