The issue might be related to the temperature differences between the two GPUs and the CPU. The second GPU seems significantly hotter than the first, and the CPU consistently reaches around 88°C on AIDA64. The loop order and configurations could also influence heat distribution.

your 240mm will form a huge air chamber likely because it's at the end of the loop with the lowest pressure.
