What adjustments are needed? Which display specifications are in use? What application is handling the broadcast? What parameters govern the streaming process? Typically, what frame rate do you observe?

i experience frequent frame drops at normal settings. the 1080p resolution combined with ultra settings and close viewing distance results in very poor performance, with fps ranging between 90 and 100.

You may have adjusted your OBS settings incorrectly, or used outdated drivers. Check the usual FPS values without streaming, with the latest drivers, and see the CPU usage during both streaming and gaming, as well as when not streaming or gaming. Also, find out what encoding you're using on the GPU and whether it's running on the GPU itself.

i experience frequent frame drops at 1080p resolution. the solution seems to be unclear, and the issue appears to involve ultra settings, ultra effects, texture quality, and other factors affecting performance. typically, lower FPS is observed.

Are your processor temperatures normal? What are your system temperatures? Which settings are active for your graphics output?
