I assembled my first computer and when I pressed the power button there was no display. After connecting the motherboard speaker and restarting, I heard five short beeps. Checking my motherboard model (Gigabyte), it seems the CPU is faulty. I’m skeptical since I bought it new and did my compatibility checks. Someone can assist? Key specs: CPU I3-10105F, GPU my old 550 Ti, mostly using it as a display adapter until it’s fixed. RAM 16 GB, Team T-Force 3200mhz, PSU EVGA 500w.

Your Asus B660 is turning it on by itself, even though you're using a GTX 260. It seems the board doesn't support this setting. You'll need a compatible UEFI card.
