Use CMD with the installer to fix the bootloader directly. No full installation required.
It seems you may have removed or reformatted the ESP or MSR partition, which occurred during installation. To resolve this, repair the partitions using CMD and then upgrade GRUB by booting from the Linux install USB.
I restored Windows and dual boot is functioning now, thank you all.
