It seems you may have removed or reformatted the ESP or MSR partition, which occurred during installation. To resolve this, repair the partitions using CMD and then upgrade GRUB by booting from the Linux install USB.

I believe I needed to adjust the BIOS settings so GRUB would launch first instead of jumping straight into Linux. Windows Update often causes issues like this. Following @WickedThunder86's advice and trying "sudo os-prober" might help too.
