I set up an AIO cooler and started playing Fortnite within 10-15 minutes without any issues. My previous power supply, which is quite dusty, might be the problem—perhaps it's a PSU fault. The stock cooler didn’t restart at all, while the new one works fine. The CPU stays cool, idling around 25-30°C. I’ve re-applied thermal paste and updated drivers, but nothing has changed. My current specs are: Thermaltake 750W PSU, GTX 1060, 3GB i3 13100F, MSI H610M-E, 16GB DDR4.

Are you certain the pump and fans are operating correctly? Did you remove the plastic cover when mounting the CPU cooler on the side?

Be aware that idle times may seem normal. Verify temperatures during operation.

The fans and pump are working properly. I removed the plastic cover from the CPU cooler side and also attempted a factory reset, but the PC keeps restarting.

Have you verified temperatures while playing? For example, using an overlay to monitor them during the session to see if spikes occur. It might also happen during benchmark runs. You could test by running something like cinebench for CPU stress and then a GPU benchmark to confirm. If it’s a power problem, it likely won’t appear with just one load, but a thermal issue should be noticeable.

My temperatures during gaming hover around 45 degrees, but the Cinebench scores stayed under 60.

Your PC is consuming more power now since it isn’t throttling its temperature as much. Sounds like a potential PSU problem, though 750W should cover those specs. Could be the PSU overheating. Ensure proper airflow in the case to prevent hot air buildup. Also, confirm you’re using the right cables for the PSU and that you haven’t mixed them up.

It worked well with the entire system before you changed the AIO and PSU. You might want to revert to the original PSU to check if it functions properly, or consider replacing the AIO/CPU entirely to avoid potential issues.

It worked okay before I changed the AIO, and I didn’t replace the PSU.
