Check your old processor, compare it to a new one, and find out the motherboard chipset model. Also, note the BIOS version if you remember it.

I added an AMD Ryzen 7 5800x processor, mounted a 500GB WD Blue SSD drive, used the ASUS Prime A320M-K motherboard, and connected an 850-watt CROISER power supply.

The Ryzen 5000 isn't compatible with this board, even after updating the BIOS. That implies you'd have to get a different board.
