I recently purchased a new GPU and CPU, and everything worked perfectly after installation. Next, I replaced the CPU and everything seemed fine. Then I noticed a bent pin on the old CPU, wondering if it might affect the motherboard. Now, when I power on my PC, it lights up and the fans spin, but the monitor fails to receive a signal.

Did you refresh the firmware? This board doesn’t come with a Ryzen 3000 ready.

The only part that seems fragile in your setup is the motherboard...I might be mistaken.

No, the Ryzen 5 1400 does not have a bent pin.

From what I've observed in the video, it seems you can likely bend it back easily.

The issue seems to be that it's significantly curved, and doing it might cause another part to bend as well.
