I own a Ryzen 5 3400G without a GPU, and after setting the CPU to 2000MHz it fails to power up.

Hi Rishon Nathan.
Shutdown the system.
Turn off the PSU switch.
Unplug from the wall.
Press the power button and hold it for 15 seconds.
Remove the battery from the motherboard and wait 10 minutes.
Return the battery.
Plug the PSU back in.
Flip the PSU switch to on.
Start the system.

Press the power button and hold it for 15 seconds.
Remove the battery from the motherboard and wait 10 minutes.
Return the battery.
Plug the PSU back in.

Underclock isn't an original change, just a reset of the CMOS which will return to factory settings.
