I received a similar build for someone else and managed to get it running smoothly at 3600Mhz. Look into the QVL of the motherboard and search using the full product name of the RAM: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/So...essors.pdf. Notably, six entries begin with "F4-3600C1" in the QVL and are all verified for 3600Mhz compatibility.
