I purchased TridentZ RGB RAM designed for Intel, but I have a Ryzen 3600 processor. The issue is that I can't return the RAM because it would involve high shipping costs, and they don't accept exchanges. Can I still use it?

Intel optimized for Intel is a $5 label the maker provided, but it holds no significance. I've noticed Intel RAM performs better on AMD systems at times, so don't be concerned.
