It looks like you opened the Winaero Tweaker and shared a screenshot instead of the standard OEM information panel in Windows. It seems you modified it and then took the picture, which suggests you haven’t saved the changes yet. The OEM settings for OrigamiCactus don't display the logo, but it appears during startup.
