I provided my friend with an old prebuilt system featuring RAM and an SSD. He replaced some of the existing RAM and installed a new SSD. When he attempted to power it up, the motherboard lights illuminated but none of the fans—GPU, CPU, or case—rotated. There was also no display. I've used this PC for two years without encountering this issue. Do you know what to do?

I would like to know why he chose the "old RAM" you refer to. Instead of the RAM that worked well for you before you handed him the PC.
